    I think this is a very balanced review. My hubby and I are over 50 and we enjoy cruises immensely because of the positives you mentioned. We allways get a balcony where we spend a lot of time with books and coffee. I will add that many of the staff gain HUGE amounts of experience which they use to gain better employment home country. This experience is usually available to them at home especially if they are just starting out.
