Watch the sunset from Oia’s castle ruins or, better yet, from your own terrace with a bottle of wine. Make sure you grab a spot atleast 45 minutes before sunset so you can get the best view!
Wander through the narrow streets of Pyrgos for a quieter, more authentic side of Santorini.
Spend a morning wine tasting at one of the island’s excellent vineyards, many with caldera views. Even better, try it at sunset to avoid the crowds elsewhere - book here. This was one of my favourite things to do in Santorini!

I would love to visit on a minimoon especially, 4 days of peace, seclusion, and gorgeous views, ugh, what a dream!

Plunge pools are smaller, great for cooling off privately, while infinity pools are larger and merge with the horizon. Plunge pool hotel rooms tend to be a little more affordable than those with infinity pools.
3. Which in Santorini is best for couples?
Oia is one of the most romantic towns in Santorini, known for its for sunsets, whilst Imerovigli is quieter with equally stunning views. In land, head to Pyrgos for streets with no people.

Oia commands the highest prices of accommodation, checkout some of the lesser known villages if you are budget concious, or checkout Air Bnb, there are a surprising amount of bargains on there, even in Oia!
